We make every effort to process orders in 1-2 days. Most packages are shipped Priority Mail by the USPS. From time to time, the weight of an order requires that it be shipped via FedEx to help keep your shipping costs down.

The rates below are estimates only. If the amount charged to us by USPS or FedEx is more than $1.00 less than shown here, we will reduce the actual amount charged to your credit card prior to final processing of your order.

First Class Mail may be a possibly for your order if it is light weight. The cost to you will be less,the shipping time longer, and there are limitations. If you would like us to consider First Class for your order, tell us in the comment section at checkout.

Orders will be shipped complete whenever possible and any items that may be on backorder from the factory will be shipped at no additional charge as soon as they arrive. (Backordered items will be cancelled on all international orders.)

You will be notified if any backordered items are not due to arrive within the next two weeks. You may make the decision at that time whether or not to cancel the backordered items.

International Orders are priced based on a Unites States Postal Service International priority mail flat rate box measuring 11-7/8"x13-5/8"x3-3/8" with a total weight of less than 20lb. If your order does not fit in this box, you will be notified to discuss other options. (12x12 albums will not fit in this box.)

First Class International Mail is also an option for light weight and or smaller items. Rates can be lower and are determined by weight and package size. Email a list of the items you are interested in purchasing prior to placing your order if you believe this might be an option for you. We will also need your address to acurately determine charges.

All Customs and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. We are unable to figure or calculate these amounts so you will need to check locally regarding extra fees due on receipt.
